Hendry Regional Medical
Center is the only acute-care hospital in the county with 66 beds. HRMC
is operated by the Hendry County Hospital Authority. The Hendry County Hospital
Authority was created in 1967, to acquire, construct, and maintain hospitals
and hospital facilities in Hendry. They are accredited by the Joint Commission
on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). This Hospital specializes
in the following medical services: including 24/7 emergency care, inpatient
and outpatient surgery, diagnostic services, physical and occupational rehabilitation,
pediatric and women’s services.

has been serving the Southwest Florida community for over 90 years. Lee Memorial
